Found that the gray wire on the ignition switch only had 1 volt on it. Took the ignition switch apart and found resistor had broken and appeared to be making intermittent contact.The Kawasaki part number that Gadget listed is right on the money and is 49050-1002. When I replaced mine, I only did the clutch friction pads and not the metal plates.
