During an alarm, you'll receive an Alarm in Progress! email or text message on your mobile device. If you're away from home and don't have the Xfinity Home app, you can cancel the alarm in the Subscriber Portal. Sign in to your Subscriber Portal. From there, you'll be able to view the events that triggered the alarm and images from your Cameras.
