Yeah, it's definitely possible. There should be an option to build a bundle, and you can just omit TV and home phone. Also, depending on your income level, you may qualify for their cheapest plans. I'm a student with a Pell Grant, so I have the $9.95 plan. I usually get speeds closer to 60 Mbps down, 12 Mbps up.
