Here's my case info: I relocated to the USA to study my masters on F1 visa in September 2020 and got married to my long-time girlfriend in March 2021, who was on Green Card at that time. I filed my I-130 in April 2021 and got that approved on 11 June 2021. I filed my -485, I-765 and |-131 in July 2021. Timeline: Sept 17th, 2021 - USCIS Received Date for I-140 (Premium Processing, approved in 10 days), I-485, etc. Oct 24th, 2021 - Biometrics Completed. April 18 - 19th, 2022 - Transferred from TSC to NBC, new office has jurisdiction. May 16th, 2022 - A-File Arrived at NBC (According to Emma) Jun 23, 2010 · We filed 485, 761 and 131 on Oct 29th based on the filling date along with medicals. USCIS received on Oct 30. received hard copies of receipt notices on Nov 12th and on Dec 10 - got update that my 485 transferred to another office and new office has now jurisdiction. the new office was Lee Summit MO as per the transfer notice.
